Foolproof Pastry

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 115 g butter or margarine
- 1 cup SR (self raising) flour
Method
- Gently heat the milk and butter until all is melted
- Stand aside to cool
- When cooled stir in SR flour
- This pastry is impossible to roll out and it must be patted into a greased pie plate
