




Garlic Pork Ribs

Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork Rashers
- 2 Tblspn Oil
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Tblspn Soy Sauce
- 2 tspns Ginger
- 1 Tblspn Brown Sugar
- 2 tspns Garlic
- 2 tspns Cornflour
- 2 Tblspn Water
- 2 tspns Sherry
Method
- Brown Pork Rashers and cut into 1" pieces
- Mix all ingredients except cornflour, water and sherry
- Pour combined ingredients over pork rashers
- Boil, reduce and simmer for 1 hour
- Add sherry, mixed cornflour and water, stir
- Simmer gently for a few minutes
