




Gem Scones

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ozs (45 g) Butter
- 3 Tblspn Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- Pinch Salt
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 1/2 cups S R Flour
Method
- Heat 2 Gem Scone Trays
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add egg, salt and milk, beat well
- Fold in flour
- Spray very hot trays with oil
- Fill and bake in 220C oven for 15 minutes
