Grilled Salmon w brown rice and greens

Ingredients
- Salmon with skin on
- 1 cup brown rice
- Mixed Greens
- Mixed vegetables
- Sriracha
- Himalayan salt
Method
- Recipe is just skin- on salmon with a little bit of Himalayan pink salt on the flesh side only. Grilled for ~ 2.5 minutes each side.
- Put salmon on top of some brown rice, vegetables, & mixed spring greens with a little drizzle of sriracha & topped with some sprouts😋
