Ingredients
  • Salmon with skin on
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • Mixed Greens
  • Mixed vegetables
  • Sriracha
  • Himalayan salt
Method
  • Recipe is just skin- on salmon with a little bit of Himalayan pink salt on the flesh side only. Grilled for ~ 2.5 minutes each side.
  • Put salmon on top of some brown rice, vegetables, & mixed spring greens with a little drizzle of sriracha & topped with some sprouts😋
