




Herb Bread

Ingredients
- Turkish Bread
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Crushed Garlic
- Fresh Oregano
- Fresh Parsley
- Fresh Basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dried parmesan cheese (Can also use fresh pending on your taste)
Method
- Line a baking tray with alfoil
- Cut turkish bread in half
- Lightly spray bottom side of turkish bread crust
- Turn over and give a generous spray to the top half
- Coat top of bread in garlic making sure it goes into the holes in the bread
- Add a light sprinkle of cheese plus salt and pepper to your liking
- Cover bread with equal mixture of herbs
- Place in heated oven at 180 degree or fan forced 160 for around 10 mins
