Hoisin Baked Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1.2 kg Chicken Thighs, Drums etc
  • 1/3 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 tspns each of Garlic and Ginger
  • 2 Tblspn each Soy and Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tspn Chinese 5 Spice
Method
  • Heat oven to 200 C
  • Line Baking Dish with Baking Paper
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • Add chicken and stand for 1/2 hour plus
  • Arrange on a tray and cook 35-40 minutes, turning once
  • Cover with foil and let stand for 5-10 minutes
