




Hoisin Baked Chicken

Ingredients
- 1.2 kg Chicken Thighs, Drums etc
- 1/3 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tspns each of Garlic and Ginger
- 2 Tblspn each Soy and Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 tspn Chinese 5 Spice
Method
- Heat oven to 200 C
- Line Baking Dish with Baking Paper
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Add chicken and stand for 1/2 hour plus
- Arrange on a tray and cook 35-40 minutes, turning once
- Cover with foil and let stand for 5-10 minutes
