




Homestead Pie
Recipe supplied by: Karen Myors
Ingredients
- 600 g Diced Chicken Meat (can use any type of meat)
- Oil Spray
- 1 Onion, diced
- 250 g Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 Sachets Cup A Soup- Cream of Chicken
- 2 Sachets Cup A Soup- Cream of Mushroom
- Seasonings
- Puff Pastry Sheets
Method
- Spray either 3 Rammekins ( big) or one large Dish with oil
- Cook and brown Chicken for 3 minutes
- Add onion, cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add Mushrooms and cook 2 minutes
- Mix milk and soups together
- Add to pan
- Boil then put into Rammekins / or large dish and let cool
- Add pastry top
- Bake 15-20 minutes in 220C oven
