Honey BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 Tblspn finely grated Lemon Rind
- 2 Tblspn Honey
- 2 Crushed Garlic Cloves
- 2 tspn Dijohn Mustard
- 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
- 8 Chicken Thigh Cutlets
Method
- Preheat oven to 220C
- Line a Baking Tray witj paper then place a wire rack on top
- In a bowl put rind, honey, garlic, mustard and BBQ Sauce and stir to mix well
- Add chicken and mix well. Sit for at least 1/2 hour
- Place chicken on wire rack, drizzle with remaining mix
- Bake, basting every 10 minutes for 35-40 minutes until golden
