Honey Mustard Onions

Ingredients
- 25 g Butter
- 2 Onions sliced
- 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
- 1 Tblspn Wholegrain Mustard
- 2 Tblspn Honey
Method
- Melt butter and slowly cook onions for 5-10 minutes until softened
- Add Stock simmer and reduce until near gone
- Stir in Mustard and Honey and simmer for 5 minutes until soft and syrupy
