




Honey Soy Marinade

Ingredients
- Soy sauce
- Oil
- Mustard
- Crushed garlic
- Sweet chilli sauce
- Honey (or golden syrup)
- Salt and pepper
- Mixed herbs
- BBQ sauce
Method
- Mix all ingredients together - whisking the honey in the sauces ensuring it dissolves
- Can be used to marinate any kinds of meat (beef, lamb or chicken etc)
- Marinate for at least 2-3 hours, however leaving overnight covered in the fridge for extra flavour is best
