




Impossible Pie
Recipe supplied by: Jenny Gibbons
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup soft margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 - 2 cups milk
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup SR flour
Method
- Mix all ingredients together for 8 minutes
- Pour into a greased oven proof dish or pyrex dish
- Bake for 1 hour in moderate oven (180 deg C) or until Pie is cooked
