




Impossible Quiche

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- Salt & Pepper to season
- 1 cup Grated Cheese
- 1 Onion, finely Chopped OR 3 Shallots
- 5 Short Cut Bacon Rashers, diced
- 1/2 cup SR Flour
- 1 Tblspn chopped parsley - optional
Method
- Whisk eggs and milk then add remainder of ingredients
- Pour into 23 cm pie dish
- Bake in 190C oven for 40 minutes
- Cool slightly, letting it deflate
