Ingredients
- Cooked Chicken Strips / Half cup
- Cooked & Peeled Prawns / Half cup
- Flat Rice Noodles / 500 grams
- Mixed Vegetables / Half litre volume - Capsicum - Onion strips - Cabbage - Celery
- Bean Sprouts / 1 cup
- Sweet Soy Sauce / Two teaspoons
- Hot Chilli Sauce / One teaspoon
Method
- Microwave Noodles 1 1/2 minutes [no lid]
- Preheat wok with medium heat then turn to high heat until hot.
- Add cooking oil then 1/2 litre mixed vegetables. Stir fry for 30 seconds then put in noodles, stir and toss occasionally for approximately 2 minutes. Then put in bean sprouts - Prawns and Chicken, stir occasionally for 1 minute then add 2 teaspoons of Sweet Soy sauce and 1 tea spoon of hot Chilli sauce, mixing until colours even.
- Toss toasted sesame seads on top and serve.
