Lemon Tart (Barton Favourite)

Ingredients
- Beat 1 cup of sugar.
- 3 eggs
- 1 table spoon of flour
- Melt 2 table spoons of butter in cup of boiling water.
- Juice of 1 1/2 lemons, making 1 1/2 cups of liquid.
Method
- Pour into plate and cook slowly, cook till set.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
