




Marinade for Duck on BBQ
Recipe supplied by: Karen Myors
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Oranges zested
- 1 Lemon zested
- 1 Tblspn Soy Sauce
- 2/3 cup Chicken Stock
- 1/3 cup Jam or marmalade
Method
- Mix altogether and cook in microwave 2 mins, then let cool
- Baste Duck every 20 mins whilst cooking
- Place in Q Weber on very low for aprox 3-3/12 hours turning half-way and then turn again so it finishes with breast side up
- Rest for 15-20 mins
