




Marion’s Tuna Bake

Ingredients
- Mashed potato (enough to 3/4 fill a casserole dish)
- 1 tin tuna (420 g)
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 cup grated onion
- 1 dessert spoon vinegar (10 ml)
- 1 dessert spoon worcestershire sauce (10 ml)
- 1 egg
- 2 cups cornflakes
- 110 g melted butter
Method
- Mix all ingredients together (except cornflakes and butter)
- Place mixed ingredients in a greased casserole dish
- Melt butter in saucepan and add cornflakes - stir together
- Pour melted butter and cornflakes mixture over ingredients
- Bake in moderate oven (180 deg C) until heated through and cornflakes are crisp on top
