Microwave Chicken and Corn Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped BBQ or roasted Chicken
- 440 g Can Creamed Corn
- 4 cups Hot Water
- 3 tspn Chicken Stock Powder
- 2 Tblspn Cornflour and water to mix
- Salt and Pepper to season
Method
- Mix all together
- Microwave for 6 minutes on High
- Stir and cook another 3 minutes on High
- Repeat if necessary until nice and thick.
- Add seasonings to taste.
