




Mock Goose (Pork Loaf)

Ingredients
- 500 g pork sausage mince
- 1 egg
- 1 large brown onion
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Seasoning - parsley and mixed herbs (or packet of sage and onion stuffing)
Method
- Chop onion and parsley (if using parsley)
- Mix all ingredients together very well
- Make into a loaf shape
- Dredge with flour
- Place in oven and roast slowly (use own judgement for cooking process - when browned)
