Moist Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Margarine
- 2 cups Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 2 tspn Grated Orange Peel
- 2 cups Grated Zucchini
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 2 1/2 cups Plain Flour
- 1/2 cup Cocoa
- 1 1/2 tspn Bi Carb Soda
- 1 tspn Salt
- 1 tspn Cinnamon
Method
- Cream margarine and sugar
- Add beaten eggs, vanilla and milk
- Fold in orange peel and zucchini
- Combine all dry ingredients and add to mixture
- Grease pan and bake in 180C oven for 1 hour
