Orange Marmalade Jam

Ingredients
- 1.5 kg Oranges
- 5 kg Lemons
- 1.5 kg sugar
- 3 Litres Water
Method
- Wash fruit
- Slice all very thinly, making sure to cut off any excess pith

- Next morning boil for one hour until rind is soft
- Put in sugar, stir to mix well and is dissolved
- Boil until it gels when tested
- Bottle and seal
