




Oysters Dennyce

Ingredients
- 12 oysters
- 3 tablespoons french dressing
- Splash of chili sauce (leave out if you want)
- 1 teaspoon ajvar (paprika relish)
- Vintage cheese (just a little on each oyster)
- A decent pinch of parmesan cheese on each oyster- the amount you use is up to you
Method
- Mix french dressing, chilli sauce and ajvar together
- Spoon mixture over oysters in their shells
- Place a piece of thinly sliced vintage cheese on top of mixture on each oyster
- Add a decent pinch of parmesan cheese on top of the vintage cheese on each oyster
- Grill until the cheese has melted and is bubbling
