Pan Fried White Wahoo

Ingredients
- 500g of fish
- Plain Flour roughly half cup
- Cooking Oil
- Butter
- Salt and Pepper (chicken salt can be used)
Method
- Put flour in plastic bag with salt and pepper to flavour
- Add fish and shake till flour sticks to the fish
- Add equal parts of oil and butter to medium hot pan
- When pan is hot add fish
- Cook for 3 or 4 minutes than remove and let sit for a further 3 or 4 minutes.
- The heat in fish will continue to cook fish after it's been removed.
