Pavlova

Ingredients
- 6 Egg Whites, room temperature
- Pinch Cream of Tartar
- 1 cup Caster Sugar
- 3 tspn Cornflour1 1/12 tspn Lemon Juice
- 1 tspn Vanilla Essence
Method
- Preheat oven to 140C
- Grease and line a deep springform pan
- Beat egg whites and tartar until peaked
- Add sugar gradually and beat well
- Add cornflour and lemon juice
- Beat 2 minutes on high
- Spoon meringue into pan
- Bake 1 1/2- 2 hours until crisp to touch
- Turn off oven and open door
- Cool at least 2 hours
- Remove from pan and put on plate
- Cover with thickened cream and fruit etc to your liking
