Ingredients
  • 340 g sugar
  • 1 cup roasted and chopped nuts
Method
  • Put sugar in a heavy based pot and stir until melted and a light brown colour
  • Add nuts and stir
  • Pour into a greased tin
  • Leave to set
  • When cold break into pieces
