Peanut Brittle

Ingredients
- 340 g sugar
- 1 cup roasted and chopped nuts
Method
- Put sugar in a heavy based pot and stir until melted and a light brown colour
- Add nuts and stir
- Pour into a greased tin
- Leave to set
- When cold break into pieces
