




Pork Ribs with Smokey BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 2 tspn Smoked Paprika
- 2 kg American Style Pork Ribs
Method
- Cut ribs into singles
- Combine all other ingredients and coat ribs
- Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours, or overnight
- Preheat oven to 160C
- Line a large Baking dish with Alfoil and place a rack in it
- Put ribs on rack, reserving marinade
- Bake 1 1/2 hours, turning and basting every 30 minutes
- Increase oven to 200C
- Remove cover and baste then cook for 30 minutes or until browned
- Meanwhile strain marinade into saucepan over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes
- Thicken with a little cornflour if desired
- Place ribs in serving dish and pour over sauce
