




Potato and Fish Pie

Ingredients
- 2 Tblspn Oil
- 3 Tblspn Cornflour
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 3 Shallots, chopped
- 4 Tblspn Butter
- 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
- 400 g White Fish Fillets, chopped
- 1 cup Milk
- Salt & Pepper
- Mashed Potato
Method
- Heat oven to 200C
- Heat oil and butter, add onion, garlic and shallots
- Cook 3 minutes
- Stir in flour and cook 1 minute
- Stir in stock and thicken, add milk
- Add fish and salt & pepper and cook for 3 minutes
- Put in casserole
- Cover with mashed potato
- Bake until top is golden
