Potato and Fish Pie

Ingredients
  • 2 Tblspn Oil
  • 3 Tblspn Cornflour
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • 3 Shallots, chopped
  • 4 Tblspn Butter
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
  • 400 g White Fish Fillets, chopped
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Mashed Potato
Method
  • Heat oven to 200C
  • Heat oil and butter, add onion, garlic and shallots
  • Cook 3 minutes
  • Stir in flour and cook 1 minute
  • Stir in stock and thicken, add milk
  • Add fish and salt & pepper and cook for 3 minutes
  • Put in casserole
  • Cover with mashed potato
  • Bake until top is golden
