Potato and Pepperoni Layer

Ingredients
- 1 kg Potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 100 g Pepperoni thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 300 ml Cream
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 30 g Margarine
Method
- Grease ovenproof dish
- Alternate potato, onion and pepperoni in layers
- Start and finish with potato (with a sprinkle of cheese on each potato layer)
- Pour over cream
- Sprinkle over breadcrumbs and cheese
- Dot with margarine
- Bake in moderate oven 1 1/2 hours
