Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
- 1 Tblspn Margarine
- 800 g Pumpkin - chopped
- 1 Onion - chopped
- 400 g Potatoes - chopped
- 600 ml Chicken Stock
- 400 ml Milk
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 cup Cream - optional
Method
- Brown onion in margarine in large pot
- Add rest of ingredients
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until veges are cooked
- Puree and add cream
