Quandong Jam

Ingredients
- 1 kg fresh ripe quandongs
- Few slices of lemon
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Method
- Remove stone from quandongs and mince
- Put into saucepan with water, sugar and lemon
- Boil for 1 hour
- Let completely cool
- Bottle into sterilised jars
