




Quick and Easy Chops
Recipe supplied by: Jenny Gibbons
Ingredients
- 6 chops (cut off fat)
- 4-6 sausages (can cut into pieces after cooked if wished)
- 2 onions
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 2 sticks celery
- 1 large tin tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of stock (beef / vegetable)
- 2 tablespoons sweet chutney
Method
- Cook chops and sausages - rest to remove excess fat on paper towel in a covered dish
- Drain excess fat from pan
- Fry onions, garlic and celery until soft
- Add tin of tomatoes, stock and chutney
- Add salt and pepper to season
- Boil for about 2 minutes
- Add chops and sausages to mixture and simmer for about 5-10 minutes
