




Real Fish Cakes
Recipe supplied by: Karen Myors
Ingredients
- 500 g Cool mashed Potatoes
- 600 g Steamed White Fish
- 200 g Smoked Salmon
- 5 Finely Sliced Shallots
- 1 Tblspn Sweet Chili Sauce
- Salt & Pepper Seasonings
- Lemon Pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until cold
- Roll into balls and then Breadcrumbs
- Fry in hot oil until cooked
- Makes approx 15 - using an Ice Cream Scoop
