Rice Bubble Biscuits

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon Bi carbonate soda
- 225 g margarine
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup rice bubbles
- Pinch salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- Vanilla
Method
- Cream sugar and margarine
- Add eggs and vanilla
- Add all dry ingredients and mix together
- Roll about 1 teaspoon of mixture onto a greased tin (lined with baking paper)
- 12.12. 2015 Cook at 180 deg for 15 minutes
