Rice Bubble Biscuits

Ingredients
  • 250 g flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Bi carbonate soda
  • 225 g margarine
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup rice bubbles
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • Vanilla
Method
  • Cream sugar and margarine
  • Add eggs and vanilla
  • Add all dry ingredients and mix together
  • Roll about 1 teaspoon of mixture onto a greased tin (lined with baking paper)
  • 12.12. 2015 Cook at 180 deg for 15 minutes
