Rice Cream

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup uncooked rice
- 475 ml whipped cream
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons dissolved gelatin
- Chopped nuts
Method
- Cook rice and rinse with cold water
- Add sugar, gelatin and chopped nuts
- Fold in whipped cream
