Rice Cream

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup uncooked rice
  • 475 ml whipped cream
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons dissolved gelatin
  • Chopped nuts
Method
  • Cook rice and rinse with cold water
  • Add sugar, gelatin and chopped nuts
  • Fold in whipped cream
