Rice Cream

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Vanilla essence to taste
- 1 cup whipped cream
Method
- Boil rice until water has absorbed
- Add milk and simmer rice for about 25 minutes
- Add sugar, vanilla and cream
- Mix together and place in a bowl ready for serving
