




Rich Golliwog Dessert (Chocolate Ripple)

Ingredients
- 1 pkt Golliwog/Choc Bears/Choc Ripple Biscuits
- 300 + ml Cream, beaten until stiff
- Sweet Sherry (or Orange Juice for kids)
- Grated Chocolate
Method
- Have a Loaf Tin ready
- Dip a biscuit in sherry
- Spread one side with cream
- Stand in dish
- Repeat to make a loaf.
- Spread cream on top
- Grate over Chocolate
- Refrigerate for several hours to set
