Recipe supplied by: Linda Riches
Ingredients
- 600g premium beef mince
- 1 large onion finely diced
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1.5 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon whistorshire sauce
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon mixed dried herbs

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Plain flour to roll
- Extra virgin olive oil to fry
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl excluding flour until a firm mixture
- Roll into patties and coat with flour
- Heat oil in frying pan and cook for around 8mins each side. (pending how big you make them. Mine are about 5cm wide and 2.5cm high)

Great on their own with mashed potato, gravy and vegies but also awesome hamburgers if rolled slightly larger and thinner. |
