Salmon Bake

Ingredients
- 400 g tin salmon - broken up
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3 - 4 fresh tomatoes - sliced
- 3 - 4 cooked potatoes - sliced
- Grated cheese
Method
- Place a layer of potatoes in a medium size pie dish or baking dish
- Cover potatoes with broken up salmon
- Layer sliced tomatoes over salmon
- Repeat above steps until dish is nearly full (or all 3 ingredients have been used)
- Beat eggs and milk together
- Pour egg and milk mixture over ingredients in dish - top with grated cheese
- Bake in oven until egg mixture is set and cheese is golden brown
