




Sesame Prawn Toast

Ingredients
- 4 Bread Slices, crumbed
- 250 g Green Prawns
- 1 Shallot, finely chopped
- 1/2 tspn Ginger
- 1 Egg White
- 1/2 tspn Cornflour
- 1/2 tspn Soy Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- Sesame Seeds
- Oil for Wok/Frypan
Method
- Cut bread into 1/4 or 1/2
- Process ingredients and divide to spread on bread
- Sprinkle Sesame Seeds on plate
- Dip bread down onto seeds
- Cook toasts, face down in lots of 2 or 4
- Cook 1 minute, turn and cook anoth 30 seconds
- Put on rack to drain
