Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 250g of thickened cream
  • 250g of milk
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1tp of chicken stock
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Onion optional
Method
  • Boil sliced potatoes in pot, when nearly cooked bring to a simmer.
  • Add cream and milk together, than slowly mix in with potatoes.
  • Add garlic and chicken stock.
  • Place all ingredients in bacon dish than on top add parmesan cheese.
  • Pre-heat oven to 180
  • Cook till golden brown on top, roughly 20 minutes.
Cooking Tips & Tricks
  • You can use cheddar cheese instead of parmesan. You can add onion!
