Shirley Hanlon Potato Bake

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 250g of thickened cream
- 250g of milk
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1tp of chicken stock
- Parmesan cheese
- Onion optional
Method
- Boil sliced potatoes in pot, when nearly cooked bring to a simmer.
- Add cream and milk together, than slowly mix in with potatoes.
- Add garlic and chicken stock.
- Place all ingredients in bacon dish than on top add parmesan cheese.
- Pre-heat oven to 180
- Cook till golden brown on top, roughly 20 minutes.
Cooking Tips & Tricks
- You can use cheddar cheese instead of parmesan. You can add onion!
