




Spicy Fish Pie

Ingredients
- 1 kg White fish fillets
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 Tblspn Margarine
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Cruched Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 Red Capsicum, chopped
- 1/3 cup Plain Flour
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 Tblspn Lemon Juice
- 1 pkt Taco Seasoning Mix
- 2 Tblspn Parsley, chopped
- 1 cup Grated Tasty Cheese
- 1 kg Mashed Potato
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
Method
- Cook fish in water (covered) for 30 minutes in 180C oven
- Flake and cool
- Cook oniion, garlic and capsicum in margarine until tender
- Add milk and flour, cook gently until thickened
- Add juice, Taco seasoning, parsley, cheese and fish
- Pour into greased casserole dish
- Cook potatoes, then mash and stir in sour cream
- Put on top of fish mix
- Cook in 180C oven 40 minutes - until brown
