Spinach Cob Loaf (Non Cook)

Ingredients
  • 1 Pkt Frozen Spinach
  • 1 Tub Sour Cream
  • 300 ml Mayonnaise
  • 1 Pkt Spring Vege Soup
  • 1 Cob Loaf
Method
  • Defrost spinach and drain
  • Mix with the remainder of the ingredients
  • Refrigerate to chill - 8 hours or overnight
  • Pull centre out of cob loaf and tear into small pieces
  • Warm all bread bits (including cob) in oven
  • Put dip into cob loaf
