




Spinach Cob Loaf (Non Cook)

Ingredients
- 1 Pkt Frozen Spinach
- 1 Tub Sour Cream
- 300 ml Mayonnaise
- 1 Pkt Spring Vege Soup
- 1 Cob Loaf
Method
- Defrost spinach and drain
- Mix with the remainder of the ingredients
- Refrigerate to chill - 8 hours or overnight
- Pull centre out of cob loaf and tear into small pieces
- Warm all bread bits (including cob) in oven
- Put dip into cob loaf
