




Steak Diane Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 teaspoon garlic (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon of butter (for sauté)
- Half lemon squeeze
- Small bottle of thicken cream (300 ml)
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of black sauce (worcestershire)
- 1 tablespoons of tomato paste
Method
- Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft
- Then add cream, lemon juice, tomato sauce, black sauce and tomato paste
- Stir on low heat until mixed in well
- (Will turn pink in colour)
- If sauce is a bit runny add a little cornflour mixed with cold water into a paste to thicken (personal preference)
