




Sticky BBQ Sauce Pork or Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork Ribs or Chicken Pieces
- 1/3 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/3 cup BBQ Sauce
- 3 tspn Black (Worcestershire) Sauce
- 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a dish (except meat)
- Place meat in sauce and marinade for 4-6 hours
- Cook on a rack in Baking Disk with Alfoil in bottom
- Cook for 1 hour in 200C Oven, basting occasionally
