Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 punnet of strawberries
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 egg whites (beaten)
- 1 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups whipped cream
Method
- Add sugar to strawberries and crush
- Heat strawberries and sugar until sugar dissolves
- Chill
- Add lemon juice to berry mixture
- Fold in cream, egg whites and salt
- Put in freezing trays and place in freezer
