Stuffed Crumbed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 6-8 Chicken Thighs - no skin
- Grated Cheese
- Chopped Bacon or ham
- Egg Wash
- Plain Flour
- Breadcrumbs
Method
- Lay out Thighs
- Fill with Cheese and Bacon** and roll up tightly
- Roll in Flour, Egg then Crumbs
- Brown off in Fry Pan with Oil
- Put on Oven Tray and then cook in 160 degrees oven C for approx 30 mins
