Sweet Chilli Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
- 1 round Lebanese bread
- 25g Camembert - sliced
- 25g sun dried tomatoes
- 50g iceberg lettuce - chopped
- 1 T sour cream
- 1 T sweet chilli sauce
- ¼ chicken breast – pan fried & sliced
Method
- Spread sweet chilli sauce on bread
- Place remaining ingredients in centre of bread
- Roll up into a cylinder
- Wrap in plastic or paper wrap
- Set in fridge
- Cut in half to serve
