Tash’s Cob Dip

Ingredients
- Cob Loaf
- 300 ml Cream
- 1 Tub Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Tub Sour Cream
- 300 g Grated Cheese
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 300 g Bacon Bits
- 6 Spring Onions, chopped
Method
- Caramelise Onion and Bacon then add rest of the ingredients
- Cut top off the Bread and hollow out
- Heat Loaf and centre bread bits
- Put in warm mix and warm in oven for 5 minutes
