Tash’s Cob Dip

Ingredients
  • Cob Loaf
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 1 Tub Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 Tub Sour Cream
  • 300 g Grated Cheese
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 300 g Bacon Bits
  • 6 Spring Onions, chopped
Method
  • Caramelise Onion and Bacon then add rest of the ingredients
  • Cut top off the Bread and hollow out
  • Heat Loaf and centre bread bits
  • Put in warm mix and warm in oven for 5 minutes
