Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 1 kg Tomatoes, very ripe & Chopped
- 1 Tblspn Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt & Pepper
- 750 ml Chicken Stock
- 1 Carrot, sliced
- 1 Celery Stick, sliced
- 500 g Potatoes,cubed
- Parsley
- Juice of one Lemon
- 1 tspn Nutmeg
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2/3 cup Cream
- 1 dstpn Plain Flour
Method
- Cook onion and garlic in oil until soft
- Add rest of veges and stock, cook until soft
- Remove Bay Leaves and blend soup
- Add cream and flour and re heat until thickened
